My first recipe was a live kale salad that was fantastic! I chopped the kale fine, mixed flax oil, raw apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos (both Braggs) & salt free spike. Mixed the kale with this " dressing " let it sit for a few hours & YUM!! I recently made spinach avocado soup: blended organic spinach, avocado, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon juice, parsley & water. Another big YUM!! These are now amongst my favorite dishes. I live in NY & so am currently unable to participate in the potluck or any of the other fun events in the DC/MD area.
