Hey Raw Soul,

Elaine, has placed my pictures on the groups site. Go in and

check out my before and after shots. At the time the before picture was taken I

weighed over 300 pounds. I was also on insulin twice a day. Blurred vision

and pain riddled my body. My hands hurt so bad I was unable to sleep at night.

Send your before and after shots to Elaine, then we can view each

others progress, and met each other on line.
