Guest guest
Hi, Thanks so much to all who responded to my hair loss with ideas for help. FYI ~ I have contacted 2 different doctors/nutritionist to find out what is causing the hair loss. I’m wanting the nutritional analysis because there are a number of different things that may be causing hair loss. Since hair may not shed for 3 months after a deficiency, merely experimenting with diet changes may not give me the ability to determine the cause as soon as I’d like. The things that can be causing my hair loss are, too much vitamin A, TOO LITTLE iron and/or protein, and /or thyroid problems. So I am leaning towards having a hair analysis done as well as a thyroid test. By no stretch of the imagination am I giving up on raw foods, I am just having trouble for some reason ~ frankly can’t figure out why. I aspire to live 100 % raw, I am just having difficulty doing it for some reason….and the continued and chronic hair loss makes it more difficult….I have to look in the mirror every day and it yells at me that something is wrong every time, it is hard to move forward when you look into a mirror with disgust! I am convinced live/raw foods are the way to go, but want to make sure I am doing it right. Though I’m experiencing a lot of fear again, my heart tells me to keep trying. I truly am not searching for permission to give up raw, I want to learn how to do it correctly. I followed Dr. Graham and Roziland Grubens advice to the T and still experienced hair loss. That’s why I posted for anyone out there who may have experienced the same thing or knows something that my research has not given me. SO, thanks again for your continued support. Every little bit helps! BEV
