I also read that hair loss can be a result of excess vitamin

A and possibly low iron. I don’t

think I’m high on vitamin A, but I guess I could be, I would think I’d

have other symptoms like orangish skin (beta carotene)

if I were high in A. Do leafy green

veggies have a lot of A? I sometimes do carrot juice, but not in excess! (a cup a week maybe).

 

What are some high iron foods?
