Guest guest
I was very impressed with Karyn's fresh corner in Chicago. The food of course was some of the best raw food that I have tasted. I think the most impressive thing about the food was the " mock " flavor. The dressings, pizza, lasagna, banana pudding, the fruit pies, and the SANDWICH (which was my fav). For a second I thought I was at some fast food joint. And the decor, very nice. From a business standpoint, you can see that she has a nice following, given the extensive amount of services that she offers in addition to the food, i.e. oxygen bar, chiropractor, massage, dance/yoga studio, colon therapy, meditation, etc. etc. all in that same location. As some of you may or may not know, with the assistance of my wife, Dr. Amen, I want to open a raw joint by next spring. Karyn's place was definitely an inspiration to myself to use my resources, energy, and life to further the raw lifestyle and movement. Guest guest
I am not a raw foodist, but I am a belly dancer and slowly deleating meat from my diet, no beef or pork for 2 years now. I am working on the poultry by eating it on occassion. I am really looking forward to your resturant and since my in-laws live in Chicago, i also look forward to visiting Karyn's. I wish you well and can't wait to visit your joint! --- matti71472 <matti71472 wrote: > I was very impressed with Karyn's fresh corner in > Chicago.
