Guest guest
Hi Rich, Could you elaborate on this statement that you made: >>>Eating flax crackers and other crazy raw foods and recipes would be like eating cooked to me and I wouldn't have the positive effects I just mentioned. I can't play games with eating raw, I have to be careful about it.<<< I'm so curious why you say this. What do you consider *other crazy raw foods and recipes* to be? Thanks for elaborating, Christina May my journey benefit ALL beings! Blessed Be the Peacemakers! May Blesswings of Peace n Love surround you! May your Mind be filled with Wisdom. May your Eyes be filled with Beauty. May your Soul be filled with Peace. May your Heart be filled with Love. May we ALL live in a State of Grace. Guest guest
Well Christina, in order for my mind to be filled with wisdom, my eyes to be filled with beauty, etc., I have to keep the heating (processing of any kind) to a minumum. I use a knife, and a spoon for avocados, and that's about as much friction as I apply to food. Recipes and processing are a harping for cooked food. I have nothing against people who like to do that, but I don't believe in it. Painting a picture is being creative. In my opinion, food is meant to be eaten to take care of your body so that you can be of service doing other things. I do not see creativity with food as a proper function. I see no reason to juice an orange when all parts of the orange except the peel are meant to be eaten as is. Juicing, blending, recipes, dehydrating, soaking, coming up with raw flax crackers somehow, for example, are just taking up time that could be better spent. Like my being on here discussing it. I'm not sure what all the " other crazy raw foods " are but I know some people swear by their raw pizza, etc.
