Guest guest
I use the pulp as a kind of cereal I eat it with a little of the almond milk added and then some dates of banana Alan Message: 11 Sun, 07 Mar 2004 14:28:17 -0000 " nyia12 " <eeyore_0_4 Nut Milk Hi everyone, I have a couple questions about nut milk. I just made almond milk this morning - it was really good by the way and not too difficult. :-) My first question is how long can I store it for? I was thinking 4 days?? Second, the pulp that I get from it, how long can that be stored for, or does that need to be eaten right away. I hated throwing out all that pulp, but wasn't sure what to do with it. Which brings me too my final question. Anyone have any recipes for the pulp of nut milks (I am using almonds right now)? I do not have a dehydrator or an oven, only a small toaster oven, which I barely ever use. Also, I really do need recipes, as in quatities, as I am a horrible cook. :-) Thanks, nyia
Guest guest
I truly understand these circumstances when it comes to holiday gatherings and I, too, have fasted during these times. One year, my family members kept grumbling and seemed very irritated when they only saw me eat a garden salad piled high on my plate. So, I stayed away for two years from the major family gatherings. After a while, they have come to respect my choice. The purpose of Thanksgiving is to be thankful for making it through a rough season; being thankful for what you have. It is not about a turkey. This year I chose to gather around my family and I called Everlasting Life to see if they will be open and they will be open all this week. I will pick up my food, individual portion, from there along with dessert to take over to the family gathering. If one person over 20 years old complains about the seaweed; it maybe another two years before I attend any major family gathering. My purpose of going is to see some cousins I have not seen in a while. I plan to fast during the time of Kwanzaa. Cheers!! wrote:
