Hi Christina,

I have an excalibur dehydrator that I use. But it makes a lot of noise.

What do you use your convection oven for if not for long term dehydrating?

Well sometimes I bake things like pizza or muffins. I haven't done that in

a long time, but there's always the possibility, you

know............... Actually, if I made the bread from sprouted grains

where you sprout the grains then process them and shape them into loaves, I

would use the convection oven for that because that bread is way too dense

for the dehydrator. It would take days in the dehydrator and not so long

in the oven.
