Guest guest
I use a sunbeam dehydrator I bought at wal mart for abut $18 with very good results. it comes with five stackable trays, and for my lifestyle it suits me just perfectly. I've already made some yummy sprouted crackers (and tofu jerky, though it's not raw) and everyone's raved about them. I tried the smaller round ones but found that it took more attention because the trays at the bottom would dry faster than the top ones so I would have to rotate them.
