What is the lowest temperature it can be set to? I'd like to get one if the temperature can be set low enough. Thanks, Judy<<< Hi Judy, My convection oven was a gift to me and I don't have any paperwork for it. On the door handle is the name Maxim. I don't know if that's a brand, or what. The lowest temperature appears to be 100 degrees. I bought the dehydrator that I have at WalMart a long time ago. It's a round American Harvester. I've been very pleased with it. If I have long-term dehydrating to do this is what I use rather than the convection oven. Bright Blessings, Christina May my journey benefit ALL beings! Blessed Be the Peacemakers! Guest guest
Hi Christina, I have an excalibur dehydrator that I use. But it makes a lot of noise. What do you use your convection oven for if not for long term dehydrating? Judy Judy wrote: >>>vegwriter Re: sprouted grain breads (to Christina) Hi Christina, What brand is your convection oven?
