Guest guest
Hi Christina, What brand is your convection oven? What is the lowest temperature it can be set to? I'd like to get one if the temperature can be set low enough. Thanks, Judy In a message dated 3/4/2004 6:28:55 PM Eastern Standard Time, moonpi writes: There is a difference between Ezekial and Essene breads. I make Ezekial breads by sprouting the grains and then, when they've sprouted about 48 hours (sprout no longer than seed), I put them through my food processor, shape into patties if I'm going to dehydrate them, or into loaves if I'm going to *bake* them. Thin patties take about 24 hours to dehydrate. Loaves take a while longer because they are denser. I have a convection oven that makes *baking* them at a low temp. very easy. Essene breads are what you buy in the health food store and are more like a regular loaf of bread. Christina May my journey benefit ALL beings! Blessed Be the Peacemakers!
