Guest guest
Food recommends me to God. Eating raw is highly linked to God's will in my life. I respect your need to keep food and God separate but it's not my preference. Rich rawfood , " Elisabeth Braun " <elisabeth.braun@n...> wrote: > True, for many it's their bank account!!! Guest guest
Great intro! We are on opposite ends of the weight battle. You are really coming along great though and doing lots of reading... that is awesome! I don't feel confident enough to share my meals yet because it's really hit or miss right now but i did make a super-yummy shake! First, i had made almond milk for the first time. I must say, i was a bit let down! But, it takes a bit for taste buds to adjust. I added a dash of sea salt (Celtic fleur de mar or whatever) and a splash of vanilla (had alcohol in it but i had to go for it) and a little maple syrup. That didn't help. LOL! .... then i thought i would use the milk to make a shake. some almond milk (about 1-2 cups) 1 or 2 frozen bananas 1 or 2 pitted dates BIG dash of cinnamon and ginger (both dried) I chopped the dates a bit and added them to the milk in the blender.. then the naners, then the spices. It was really good and i had it twice now. The second time i had an upset stomach and this settled it for me ) Good luck sweetie!! peace nikki Hi I am new to this group and also new to raw foods. I have not made the step to 100% raw yet but I am vegan and eat mostly raw right now. I'm having a really hard time getting enough food. And I don't mean that I am hungry, I mean I don't have enough ideas to eat raw all day without eating the same thing everyday which bores me and then I can't keep with it. I was wondering if people would be intersted in posting what they have eaten from the moment they woke up until they went to bed on a typical day. Hopefully this will help give me as well as other newbies some more ideas ) --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
