Hi! I am new here and not on a completely raw food

diet, but the more I learn about the crappy diet I've

maintained over the span of my 25 years, the closer I

am becomming raw! I now have cut down to eating mostly

organic meat and not nearly as often as I used to! I

bought a wonderful Samson low RPM juicer within the

last few weeks and have been juicing fruits, veggies

and wheatgrass on a daily basis *yum* I became VERY

sick a few years ago and have been on the journey to

health since 8 months ago. I still have a really long

way to go but I think I am doing not too bad! I also

still cook food, but also not as much as before...

yesterday I ate my first ever fresh organic Mango, I

had no idea what I was doing when I was trying to cut

it, but it was so delicious! I am wanting to learn

more about this type of diet... I am sadly underweight

(about 30-40% underweight) I have been suffering from

many severe chronic problems (yeast, leaky gut,

headaches, pain, vulvodynia, etc) and since I have

been moving away from SAD, I have been feeling a lot

better but am not 100% yet. As long as I can remember,

I have always been underweight, but I have lost even

more (I am 5ft10 and 108 pounds ATM) Would it ever be

possible to gain weight eating raw? I still have 1

mercury filling but it will be removed professionally

soon and I would really like to try and do a juice

fast once spring comes around! Anyways, enough

babbling for now ;)
