Guest guest Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 Bread is such a staple for most of us growing up that the craving for it is very hard to overcome. Fortunately, I've been trying to be raw for over ten years now and I've stayed away from bread and sugar a large portion of that time so the cravings for them are not there right now.
