I forwarded your question to a Philly raw chef and here's what she writes:

I didn't know about the Oasis restaurant in Malvern and The Kind Cafe

in Old City. I'll have to visit sometime. I live in King of

Prussia, near Philadelphia and close to Malvern.

 

Essene also has some interesting activities, like book studies and

things. Arnold does a lecture on the benefits of raw food on

Saturday morning.

 

Give me an e-mail when you visit Katherine, if you want to go to one

of Arnold's events, like his Saturday morning talks. He also has

guest speakers with potluck dinners on occasion.
