Around 400. It varys because of the thickness of the meat. A more

mature " young " coconut will have thick meat. I think 400 would be

for a meaty one. I read 400. Might be in a DW book.

I don't know the answer but i heard 1 coconut has the equivalent of

7 tbs of coconut oil. I buy by the case and everywhere I go people

wonder what it is!
