Guest guest
Around 400. It varys because of the thickness of the meat. A more mature " young " coconut will have thick meat. I think 400 would be for a meaty one. I read 400. Might be in a DW book. One tablespoon of Coconut Oil has 126 calories (Or at least the new premium raw organic virgin variety that is sold at http://www.NaturalZing.com does). Virgin de coco creme. sweet stuff > > I've heard 140, 270, and 300.... does anyone know the truth? >
