Guest guest
Sorry to just leap in here like this, but this post caught my eye because it relates to research I'm currently doing about the protein overload/osteoporosis connection. I am not (yet) eating a mainly raw diet, but I'm rapidly heading in that direction, and need all the information and practical advice I can get! Isn't current research supporting the idea that we eat too much protein anyway? And that too much leeches calcium out of the system? And just how much protein IS required for a normal adult anyway?
