I am very excited about both and can't wait to hear the discussion. I have been doing a lot of reading, but am still confused about one thing (at least only one thing right now :->) Beans: I have been searching and searching for recipes that include beans (and non-dehydrated grains, actually) but can't find any. I Really need to up my protein intake, but do not understand what to do with or how to eat beans. Do I just simply sprout them to the point that they have small tails and then eat them as is? Or do I need to do other stuff to them? I am a little scared because of the talk about toxicity with raw soy and kidney beans. Also, any recipes or recipe links having to do with raw beans would be SO welcome - I am not a very good cook/uncook.
