3-grain tempeh

I eat it often but have never had it raw. I " think " it's sprouted soy-bean

that's pressed into a block. Well, 3 grain would be more than just soy. It's

high in protein and fiber, fat content is not bad either. Do you plan on

eating it raw? If you aren't 100% raw i recommend steaming this atleast.
