Guest guest
I had a VERY VERY bad on-line shopping experience, just last month. A year ago I bought 2 Ejuva cleanses for $300 each from NaturalHealthWay.com. The product came, and everything was OK. The problem arose 6 months later, when Pete (the owner) called me and left a voice mail message that he had, by accident sent me a shipment of Ejuva. I no longer lived at the address he had on file, and he did not leave me his phone number, so I though it would take care of itself. He called and left a second message this time with his phone number. I was busy at work, and let a couple of days go by without returning his call. He called a third time and left another message (I never pick up my cell phone calls at work). This time he swore at me saying that I had stolen from him. He called me every swear word in the book. He ended the call by saying " I just charged your credit card for the product that I did not order, have a nice day A$% H$ & # " I panicked because I am not used to that kind of interaction. I called the number he left, and it did not work. I sent him an e-mail explaining that it is not legal to charge someone for something that they did not order or receive. He called me again, and this time I had to answer it at work. I explained that 1) I did not order this stuff, and 2) I did not live at the address that he sent stuff to, and 3) I didn't sign for it or receive it. He swore at me called and called me a lier. I asked him to give me the tracking number so I could check the shipment status, because he did not seem to know this could be done. It turned out that the shipment did not require a signature, and it was " left on the porch " . It's not a bright idea to send a $300 dollar shipment and not require a signature. I e-mailed this information to him, and asked him to credit my credit card (I didn't know which one of three he had charged, and he would not tell me). Meanwhile I called my credit card company and could not see a charge on my cards. I called my old landlord and he told me the apartment was rented out to a corporation that used it for their out of town guests. He also said that it was vacant 95% of the time. He checked and there was no package on the porch. I again sent Pete and email telling him this, and he again sent me an e-mail full of obscenity, cursing me out. I again asked him to confirm that he did not or was not going to credit my card. He wrote back and said that he was going to charge me. Again with the obscenity. Now in an e-mail. ( I was so astonished, I saved the e-mails, if anyone is interested). I canceled my credit cards. This was an unbelievably horrible experience. Needless to say, I will order my Ejuva from someone else. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. good luck Rufus --- mebronson <mbronson09 wrote: > Hey all, > I am a raw newbie and was wondering if anyone has > had any negative > online raw shopping experiences?
