Okay here's what I'm focusing on to become 100% raw!

42% vegetable soups and salads and juice drinks.

I bought a braun multiquick professional. And I heard how bad the

Juiceman is..it kind of destroys the nutrients as it juices. So

after reading a website based only one juicing. I decided that I

will by a Green Star or Solo Star when I have the funds. But in the

meantime I will use the braun and drink/chew down my juices. So I

can actually have the fiber still to brush out my intestines. I'd

rather keep the nutrients even if their big rather than drink a

practically nutrientless drink. I decided every night to have a

soup and maybe added salad. But definitely every morning a

vegetable juice and afternoon a fruit medley; juices/salads.

30% Fruits.

As mentioned above just in salads, fresh juices, and snacks.

15% Water.

It should be counted as more because I intend to build up to the

point where I drink my body weight in water. I start by drinking

a glass before and after each meal. And also during snacks.

10%

Nuts, sprouts, and grains. They don't make up a lot of my meals

mainly because of how grains hold back digestion and also the affect

of dehyrdrated food on the body, from what I've read on www.living-

foods.com . But I do like the raw crackers and some times some sun

dried foods.

5-1%

This is just sun dried (aka dehydrated food--my version of

sundried). Anyway just a few of them, tomatoes and fruits. which I

add to salads and make snacks with. And also Nut breads and mock

meat with nuts.

Let me know what you think..and where I may have to some more

vegeies or less and if I have a blance of everything?!

I'm new to this..so I'm a bit worried as to the percentages..I do

know that I don't want to be a fruitarian. So I really cut back on

the fruits!

Thanks!

Hi Vaberella,

try not to drink during eating, take some time between these two things. It is

not good for digestion, you dilute your digestive saps in this way.

Hi. I had a green star. It juiced carrots ok, but it was difficult to use. I

had to cut the carrots real small for the shoot to take them. Apples turned

mushy. Wheat grass was so so, not the best quality. The juicer developed

cracks after a few weeks, I did not discover them until I had read articles

about other people who developed the cracks. After looking at mine, sure enough

they were there. My concern was that I had used it so few time to have

developed the cracks, the cost of replacing them, and that others had often said

that the company stops selling parts after a few years. I hope this helps you.

I spent a lot of money on it. I love my champion and Norwalk juicer. The

Norwalk being the best juicer out there.

As to B-12 pills. According to Dr. Shultz, almost all pills are made from raw

sewage sludge. I don't take them.

I hope this information helps, I would hate to see someone waste money on that

brand of juicer. I know the ad sounds great. You can often find good deals on

ebay for juicers. My norwalk was about $400.00 and runs great. It first grinds

up the produce, then you press it under 2000 lbs of pressure. According to

studies it gets out more nutrition by far than any other juicer. The pulp is so

dry that animals won't eat it. It looks like a stale piece of bread. For more

information go to www.hacres.com they have an article somewhere comparing

juicers.

Good luck in your research.
