Guest guest
Hi people When I crave chocolate I make eithet cake : 3 tabelspoon carob, 1/4 cup dried cocos, pinch of salt, a little oil,2 tabelspoons honey½ teaspoon water. 1 date stir it together with at spoon flat it out and slice it in to 4 pieces slice the date in to 4 and top each cake with a piece, sprinkle dried cocos over it. A friend send it to me, she found it on the net. Then there is Shazzies chokolate pudding: 1 avocado, 6 fresh or soaked dates (stoned of course) and 4 heaped teaspoon carob blend it all and eat it alone or with sliced bananas and chopped nuts, she is so Good that Shazzie. For me personally something very good to knock out cravings is to eat thinely sliced appels in lemon juice. If you want something salty try mix in a foodprocessor sesame seeds and a little salt first then ad honej very slowly suddanly it turns in to a ball it might get warm during the proces to prevent the heating use more time, its really good and keeps for days in the fridge. flat it and slice it into sqares cool it in the fridge. If you shift salt with vanilla you have got halvah,- a candy from the middle east. I have 2 stragtegies when I get crawings (I still do but it gets more rarely) 1: first I remember have bad it feels with cooked food inside of me, have it affects my body and emotions, then I remember a delicious rawfood recepi and quickly make it. 2: I tel my self that I can eat cooked stuf " later " foodcrawings comes in waves and dont last for much more than 3 minutes each. Doreen Virtue have writen a book about it called Constant crawving it also holds self loving afirmations depending on wich food you crave. Good luck with it Love and Light to you all from Signer _______________________ OFiR Spil - Vind 1.000 vis af kroner!
