Guest guest
i just bought the book 'vibrant living " (dont' have the authors at the moment because a friend is borrowing the book) at the " go raw " cafe in henderson, nv on eastern and wigwam, and i must say it has the best blend of raw recipes one could look for. i highly recommend it as a raw fooder's starter book. it has a lot of recipes. breakfast, soups, salads, sauces/salda dressings, entrees, desserts. last night made my first full raw meal, a beet soup (beet living soup i thin?) and a salad of roma tomatoes, chopped broccoli, and alfalfa sprouts with a miso/sesame/ginger dressng from that book. Guest guest
" Vibrant Living " is a real good book. There is another book that I can highly recommend. Its called " The Complete Book of Raw Food " . It just came out this year, and has recipes from different chefs. I've tried several of the recipes such as " Just Like Cheesecake " and " Karie's Lasagna " by Emily Lee Angell. They are so good, even my animal eating friends love them!
