I have a few questions. Presently I am supplementing my diet with NGM Soy as a replacement meal in the afternoons. I need to understand more what the transition entails to find out if this is going to be acceptable. If anyone know the best way to begin, which I hope to do asap and is there more than simply fruits and veggies? I am curious about dairy, etc. I should mention that I am a recovering 11 yr bulemic who needs to find a path with food and this seems to be the best one so far that I have found. I just need to understand it more! Please give any advice, especially regarding soy supps or vitamins. Currently I take a one a day from ballys, but I don't know about that either. I really have a strong desire to start this after I have done some searching on it.
