Guest guest
Hi, I have a question. I have grown up as a vegetarian. I do not eat raw vegetables regularly, but now I have decided to start. The only problem I have in eating raw vegetables is that my stomach hurts after I eat raw vegetables. It seems my body cannot digest it properly. any suggestions? Guest guest
I experience problems with digesting raw veggies when I began eating them more 3 years ago. This makes total sense because my body was not use to such fiberous, uncooked, RAW food. Now, I do not have a problem, my digestion is toned up and much stronger. To help with digestion, at first, you could try blending them up into a soup or pate to make them easier for you to break down and assimulate. Shira Hi, I have a question.
