Guest guest
Here is my fave raw way to carb up it's based on a macrobiotic recipe 1. soak barley overnight then mix with tahini and braggs amino acids to taste add sesame seeds or sprouts make into a ball then put 1/4 umeboshi plum in the center place on a seet of sushi nori water the corners ofthe nori and wrap into a package. If you don't have umeboshi sauerkraut or pickles will do It's very good Alan On Sunday, January 4, 2004, at 04:00 PM, rawfood wrote: > There are 4 messages in this issue. > > Topics in this digest: > > 1.
