Here is my fave raw way to carb up it's based on a macrobiotic recipe

1. soak barley overnight then mix with tahini and braggs amino acids to

taste

add sesame seeds or sprouts

make into a ball then put 1/4 umeboshi plum in the center

place on a seet of sushi nori

water the corners ofthe nori and wrap into a package.

 

If you don't have umeboshi sauerkraut or pickles will do

 

It's very good
