Guest guest
I am new, and hopefully this will not offend anyone, but I am not a pure raw foodist! I take no issue with anyone else's dietary choices, and enjoy utilizing many wonderful aspects from numerous diets--I promise respect for all, and hope I will be met with the same. I also promise to be on topic. I am searching for some *easy* recipes for raw food crackers. In a local health food store we have found some wonderful raw crackers (dehydrated at very low temps), however they are *very* cost prohibitive for us. If folks can share with me some of their favorite and simplest recipes I would be very grateful. I am a mother to a young child, and am searching for crackers that can offer more nutrition and contribute less to " toxic heat " (if you are at all interested in Chinese medicine you will know what this means). Since we do not have money to buy a dehydrator, I am wondering if a low temp oven (say 150F) would be comparable? Thank you in advance.
