One of my favourite snacks or lunches.

--

Finely chop and stuff organic avocado halves* with:

-Red onion or scallion or shallot-[my favourite].

-Roma tomato.

-Fresh cilantro or dill or both.

add;

-Fresh squeezed lime juice.

-Your choice of sprouts. I prefer lentils.

 

I like to refrigerate the ingredients before stuffing. But keep the avocado

at room temperature for a contrast of temps.

~~Optional for those who use oils. Drizzle with a high quality Omega 3 oil

such as Flax or Udo's to balance out the Omega6 of the avocado. Purists may

want to freshly grind some flax seed.

Goes with any of:

-a pepper on the side if you choose to pep it up.

-sauerkraut or kimchee.

-sliced cucumber.

-celerey stick

-sunflower seeds.

-walnuts

-

* to best halve an avocado simply run a paring knife in a circle lengthwise

around the avocado and down to the pit all around, then grab one half in

each hand and twist.
