Dehydrator question

I was wondering if you could tell me how much vitamin/mineral content

is left in the food when you dehydrate it. Sorry if this sounds

dumb, but I'm new and don't have a clue. Also, it gets pretty cold

up here in Ontario in winter time. What is a safe temp. to warm items

before eating (soups,beverages, etc.)?

They usually come with a plastic sheet to put in your dehydrator for things that

are kind of runny or yes you could use wax paper that would be fine.

I'd like to try some of the cracker recipes in my dehydrator. What is the

paper you are talking about to put them on? Can I use wax paper??

Thanks,

-Linda
