Guest guest
hello all- me again. just a quick question from someone new to the raw food concept; is there any danger of losing too much weight on the raw food lifestyle? i am at the low end of the healthy bmi (5'3 " and 110 lbs.) and am far more concerned about health than weight loss. am i in danger of becoming underweight on this diet? thanks! teresa
Guest guest
You may lose some, as your body detoxes, but you will gain it back when your body regulates at the weight it is supposed to be.
Guest guest
>someone new to the > raw food concept; is there any danger of losing too much weight on > the raw food lifestyle? - I think this a fundamental challenge than can only be answered individually. The possibilities of extremism are real, teresa, but so is our intuitive balance. If you feel you're getting too lean or start to fade in energy you might want to pump up the fat content as consciously as you know how but hold back on adding gratuitous carbs. You are the only real judge of your current condition. rusty - " teresacguerrero " <teresacguerrero <rawfood > Monday, December 22, 2003 11:12 AM [Raw Food] weight loss... > hello all- me again. just a quick question from someone new to the > raw food concept; is there any danger of losing too much weight on > the raw food lifestyle? i am at the low end of the healthy bmi > (5'3 " and 110 lbs.) and am far more concerned about health than > weight loss. am i in danger of becoming underweight on this diet? > thanks! > teresa
