Guest guest
I'm sure most of the experienced members are familiar with the following book...but I thought I'd post this for newcomers or those who may be quietly lurking. I'd like to recommend a book I'm currently reading which is very informative and realistic. It is entitled " Conscious Eating " by Gabriel Cousens. In the book Cousens explains how to slowly transition to a living food lifestyle and most importantly explains that a black and white meal plan does not work for everyone even those who are following a raw food lifestyle. Most importantly he addresses emotional overeating along with the psychological and spiritual aspects that can accompany a living foods lifestyle. I wish I had read this book a few weeks ago. Many of the questions I have were answered in the book and it teaches how one should listen to their inner wisdom to avoid turning the living foods lifestyle into a rigid diet. I was hooked after the first chapter...Very good reading. Everyone have a great weekend. Lili
