Hi Mahendra, what a coincidence...I borrowed the book " Conscious

Eating " by Cousens from the library earlier today. I was surprised at

how large the book was. It's going to take me at least two weeks to

read it all.

 

Are the workshops by Cousens expensive? I've never read any of his

books, but saw " conscious eating " listed under holistic medicene and

thought it sounded interesting.

 

If I come across any groups like the one we're both interested in

I'll send you an email. I think it would definitely be a group worth

that you got Dr. Gabriel cousens book, conscious

eating. it is one of the best books on raw food, his

workshop are not that expensive. expensive is again

relative term.try some of my reciepees in this book

..try something on 14 days especially nepaLESE DAY AND

ALSO BRIKSHA`S LOVE SAUSE.His first book

spritual,nutrition and rainbow diet, i believe you

will love it.his new book rainbow green cuisine has

just came out. the workshop here in sanfrancisco was

on the green diet .he was discussing how bad is sugar

eating. too much sugar diet provides a terrain to

mould and fungus and bacteria..Any soy product when

heated produces msg especially we should avoid all

heavy soybean product like tofu, worse than meat

etc...
