Guest guest
I have been mostly only using lemon juice for salad for over 5 1/2 months, and am getting a bit tired of it. I made some homemade dressing last night, which I thought tasted good. My question is this--how long can one store home made salad dressing in the fridge? The ingredients would differ but here are some I would use: lemon juice sunflower seeds flax oil garlic tomato (on occasion) seasonings Thanks for your thoughts on this. My guess would be up to 5 days (if it lasts that long). But since I get paranoid, I would throw away after 3 days to be on the safe side. I made some great strawberry/banna ice cream tonight in my Vita-Mix. I read that the texture is creamier when you freeze your bananas first. I also used frozen strawberries, and nothing else. I love the creamy texture. Anyone else have any recipes for an ice cream type dessert you can make in the Vita-Mix? Viveca ******************************** Vita-Mix -- For Nutrition You Can Taste!
