Guest guest
I guess what I am trying to find out is should you eat cooked and raw meals separately? I encourage friends to eat more raw and tell them that it would be best to eat some raw meals without any cooked food at that time. Isn't that the best? ~~Sharyn rawfood , " Peter Gardiner " <petergardiner@e...> wrote: > Sharyn, > > Put simply, when you eat cooked food you create toxins. > > When you eat raw food, the toxins come out slowly. > > Applying heat to different foods and mixing them up dips deep into > chemistry. > > Thus a good answer might have a lot of complex replies. > > I would tend to think of it rather like climbing a slippery ladder. > > Hope this helps > > > > > > sojourningypsy [ggypsy_37@m...] > 07 December 2003 12:41 > rawfood > [Raw Food] raw and cooked > > > > Hi, > > I have asked this question twice and so far > have had no answer. Guest guest
What we just read in Raw Food and the Enzyme Theory was that when people eat cooked food the immune floods the intestine area with white blood cells where when they eat raw it doesn't. What is interesting though, was that they also found that when some raw food was eaten FIRST and then some cooked food that there was also no reaction. Based on this I would guess that if you are going say 50% raw, that the best way would be to eat each meal 50% raw first, 50% cooked after as opposed to half of your meals 100% raw and half %100 cooked.
