Guest guest
Hi, I have asked this question twice and so far have had no answer. Maybe all of you eat 100% raw. I would like to know if anyone eats meals including cooked and raw food and how does that effect the raw food enzymes if there is any effect? ~~Sharyn
Guest guest
Sharyn, Put simply, when you eat cooked food you create toxins. When you eat raw food, the toxins come out slowly. Applying heat to different foods and mixing them up dips deep into chemistry. Thus a good answer might have a lot of complex replies. I would tend to think of it rather like climbing a slippery ladder. Hope this helps sojourningypsy [ggypsy_37] 07 December 2003 12:41 rawfood [Raw Food] raw and cooked Hi, I have asked this question twice and so far have had no answer. Maybe all of you eat 100% raw.
