Who would appreciate a Sunday Brunch from 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.? 0 great 0 sometimes 0 no interest 2. European Gourmet Dinner Events: As we did before the Cafe, we organized once a month European Gourmet Dinne= rs. Many of our customers are asking us to organize them again like we had all = the time before the Café. They are missing the possibility of gathering together all at the same time. At the Café most of the time everybody comes separate= ly with their friends etc. but never a whole variety in a group. Well that can= be changed. How about starting on the second Sunday, January 12th, 2004? Dinner can start at 5.30 p.m. Depending on the variety of dishes the costs can be kept between $18.00 and= $22.00 per person (tax is not included. Unfortunately we have to charge tax= ). Two volunteers per event are welcome to help in exchange for food (serving,= table bussing, cleaning). When the number of guests will explode to over 23= 0 like at the Grand Opening, then we need more volunteers! ) Entertainment can be added. If the dinner events find an audience, we will reserve the second Sunday each month. Let's party! Reminder: Thanksgiving Dinner in the Raw at the Café on November 27th, at 1.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. Enjoy Thanksgiving at the Cafe in a family atmosphere. Just come by yourself or with friends or family. Everybody is welcome! It will be a lot of fun! We will serve: 1. Creamy savory carrot/apple soup 2. Salad with Sesame and " Honey " -Mustard Dressing (instead of Honey we use raw Agave Syrup) 3. Mock Turkey 4. Exciting fillings, the " traditional " one or German (dried and fresh fruits plus rosemary) 5. Mashed potatoes: With garlic or rosemary 6. Gravy 7. Cranberry sauce 8. Orange Cheese Cake 9. Black Forest Cake 10. Sangria Punch (with Red Bush tea and fresh pressed grape juice). All Food will be served slightly warmed (max. 105º), except cakes and Sangr= ia. Whole Menu for $25.00 per person. The Menu includes one type of filling and one type of mashed potatoes. An extra portion of filling is $4.00 An extra portion of mashed potatoes is $4.00 (tax and tips are not included). You are welcome to bring your own wine. We don't charge for corkage! Last possibility for reservation is Wednesday, Nov. 26th, 6.00 p.m. All menus are available for Take Outs. For Wednesday Take Out please reserve latest by 9.00 a.m. If we are not able to come to the phone, please leave your order on the ans= wering machine. Menu will be available from 3.00 p.m. on. Reminder: Last Raw Food Prep Class for this year with Master Chef Ursula on Sunday, December 7th, from 11.00 to 3.00 p.m. The class will be four intense hours with partly hands-on. We are going to make it very special: You tell us this time what you would like to learn and we will add it to the list. So please send us your wishes and we will try to add as much as possible into the four available hours. We would need your r.s.v.p. and suggestions latest by December 5th, so that we have enough time to shop and prepare. Costs for the class is $50.00 including food and recipes. Please come hungry!
