Guest guest
Hi Rusty, that much I've learned the hard way...they are VERY different. The question is HOW are they different, WHY do they cause different effects after being digested than other foods, and WHAT negative effects do some experience after eating them? Details man details...lol..you always leave me curious. I am also considering limiting my fruit or being very selective with my fruit choices. I suspect low glycemic fruits will be best for me. However, I'm still researching and testing how these foods effect me. Keep in mind I do not handle carbs and sugars very well, and I suspect that certain fruits are not created equal when my body digests them. I'm leaning towards berries and certain citrus fruits as being safe for me, but we'll see what happens. I'm still learning. Lili
