After experiencing the change in my moods from white potatos

yesterday I did a search and found that potatos are considered " night

shade " vegetables. What exactly does this mean? And how do these

differ from yams and/or sweet potatos?

Also, what can I use to replace vegetable oil in recipes or is

vegetable oil acceptable?(seems like it wouldn't be)

Thanks

Nightshade fruits like peppers and eggplant are a far different food than

night shade roots like potatos and yams which are mostly starch. Stick to

the fruits.
