Guest guest
I used to take flax seed oil... I nowadays use flax seeds... I take one or two spoonfuls a day, and simply chew them. They have a lot more nutrients than oil, as fibre, lignans, protein (high quality one), non-oxidiced w3 and who knows how many more components sinergistically disposed for our bodies... Don't think if oils are raw or not: they are REDINED food, if you realize they are separated from its source... Doesn't sugar provides from a " natural " vegetable as beet?. I agree with Peter and Roger: if it's bottled, packed or " touched " by human technology... you are better letting it in its recipient... w rawfood , Rufus Shaw <rufus10_99> wrote: > Peter, > > Interesting, I didn't know this.
