I had considered taking her detox class but if the fast I'm on does the trick naturally I will probably pass on it. But you're right, after visiting her site I can see she has a lot going on there. I didn't know she sold equipment though. J.C. Penny has a $30 dehydrater I plan to order which I'll use until I can buy a better one. Eventually I know I'll probably need one of more quality and I will definitely check out the products at Karyn's when I visit. What is the brand name of the dehydrater you purchased at Karyn's? Since quite a few of us are from the Chicago area, maybe one day we can all meet offline at Karyn's for dinner. It will do me good to associate with like minded people. I saw it on the net somewhere for $99 but shipping was more than sales tax. The L'Equip is the way to go the cheap ones are just that. I'd save the $30 up. You can get by without a dehydrator...til then. I don't know if I'd worry too much about the protein counting...I don't, but hey, sometimes you really got to " learn " about something before you feel comfortable...at least I do.. Karyn's new restaurant is good...It's got nice atmosphere but you can see into her other part of the store and hear the Vitamixes going.... You'd probably like to do a detox there...I saw a picture of her for the first time last week, she looks great. My fiance' met her and said she's really nice. Good luck!
