Guest guest
Thanks again Wendy. I really wish someone would come out with a little pocket protein book telling how much protein is in each. I guess I'll have to search the net and make a mini list of my own, though I have a feeling I may not need to get that detailed. Once my body is working properly from good nutrition I'm learning that the body distributes proteins evenly throughout the body. I'm still learning that's for sure. Guest guest
Once you start eating well, you probably won't need to be concerned with protein intake. Not only that, but you don't need nearly as much as mainstream sources say you do. I did a search online for protein counters, and everything I found only listed animal sources. Diet for a New America by John Robbins has a good guide comparing vegetable and animal sources, and it's a great read. Bridgitte
