You can build all the muscle you want on this kind of diet.>>>>> Roger, I agree totally! I try and lift weights on a regular basis (which doesn't always happen), and not heavy ones at that. I do it just to maintain muscle mass and incure resistance as I am getting older and want to maintain proper muscle to support my skeletal structure. As far as not enough protein goes, I just heard there are 60,000 in our nation waiting kidney transplants and the dialysis machines have waiting lines. Our concern should be getting too much protein.
