Does the raw food lifestyle also include food combining? I plan to

eventually implement FC into my lifestyle as well. I've done some

reading on FC and was shocked that the majority of American meals

fail miserably.

I was also surprised to read that the following foods I thought were

vegetables are fruits: tomatos, eggplants, okra, and bell peppers.

I'm learning something new everyday. :) Lili

A fruit is a product of a flower.

A nut or seed is the product of a fruit.

Vegetables are the leaves, roots, or stalks of a plant.

Number one food combining rule.

Separate your carbs and proteins.

The order to eat= fruits first, veggies second, seeds and nuts third.
