Guest guest
Thanks for the locations Lili. I know that Karen's is a restaurant that is raw and it offers siminars and classes as well. I am not sure of the exact location but it is in the Lincoln Park area. Guest guest
Hi Raven, I actually came across Karyn's website on the internet last week and I'm thinking of attending her detox workshop in January(still undecided). Have you seen the transformation photos of her client Memorie Knox? She lost 130 pounds in 10 months after switching to a raw food diet. I've attached her pictures...she looks totally different. What are your goals and/or reasons for choosing to become a raw foodist? Guest guest
Lili and Raven: We've been fans of Karyn's for a while. She opened a new place a year ago, and has more stuff than just food, she has dance lessons, massage, colonics, etc. We bought our L'Equip dehydrator there yesterday for $99...the best price you can get (there is a place on the web I found, but shipping was more than local tax). I just had tonight one of her " brownies " and a piece of apple pie last week...Yum. She also has a nice dining area that is a restaurant type setting. I've never done her detox program but have talked to people who have...
