Guest guest
Hi Peter, what is a hydrotherapist? The 14 day cleanse I was considering by Nature Sunshine comes already prepared and I just take the herbal products orally so I wouldn't have access to a hydrotherapist. Also, I believe I may have a candida overgrowth due to my years of sugar and processed carb consumption which is why I was considering the detox program. In my case do those against colon cleansing still advise the use of a fast over colon cleansing? Lili
Guest guest
The hydrotherapist is the person who has the equipment to offer the colonic wash. I think herbs on a fast would be a mistake. I have not read all the science that Nature Sunshine has sold you. The water should be enough. If you have not been on along fast before you might think of going the other way and taking some juice to slow down especially if it all seems a bit much. The chemistry of coconuts seems complex to me. Those who know insist that they should be young. To open them, I put a corkscrew down the weakest of the three holes at the end. If the juice that pours out does not taste good, I throw the nut away. Typically it tastes delicious. Then it is a matter of a hammer and a heavy knife or kitchen spoon to separate the flesh from the shell.
