(If you are coming from New York or northern NJ then you would be going South on the Parkway.) From exit 109 you take Rte 520 East towards Red Bank. If you were traveling south on the Parkway you would turn left. If you were going north on the Parkway then you would turn right. Rte 520 is also called Newman Springs Road. You stay on 520 for about 1.5 miles, until it comes to a T-Intersection and traffic light. There will be a Dunkin Donuts on your right. At that intersection you turn left. That street is Broad St., the continuation of Rte 520 and Rte 35 all meeting there at that juncture point. Down to Earth is on the right hand side at 7 Broad St. There is ample street parking. If you can't get it on that street there should be parking available on the side streets. There are also other parking decks or areas nearby if necessary.
