Questions on how to begin???(Rufus)

Hi Rufus, this is good news. I've always thought the

act of having to count calories, grams, ect was

unnatural. I do plan to eventually invest in a juicer

and dehydrator. My family thinks I'm nuts or getting

into some type of new age thing. lol Shows you how

ignorant some people can be. I can't complain because

I was one of those people until recently. Lili

 

p.s. Can all vegetables be eaten raw or must some be

dehydrated? My mother was saying that if you don't

cook certain vegetables you risk the chance of eating
