Guest guest
Lili, I eat fish and egg yolks in their raw state, so they have a place in the raw diet, I suppose. I know most of people in this list are speaking about a raw VEGAN diet... If you were a former meat eater, it's a plan that no push very hard on your emotional world as far as you don't feel you are missing animal protein. Peter, I don't mind you writing what you did or the way you did... Really, I joined to this list for learning, and a lot of times I have asked for advise here... I eat that way because I was following the diet the way Hygienist Dr. Bass and Cursio have proposed, with no more 1/1.5 punds of fruit a day, and no mono-diet, following their food combining as they said for a simple meal: 1-juices, 2-blended or tossed salads, 3-fruit, 4- protein. Now I am trying to eat as PAtenaude's book suggest..., because there are a lot of times I feel stuffed when I end my meals... Thanks for your post. I appreciate it. w
