Guest guest
I gave up meat a long time ago. I've struggled with giving up dairy for the last year. Now I'm giving up wheat and all processed food. I am in contact with a raw group in St. Louis. Would Gabriel Cousen's book " Conscious Eating " be a good guide for me to expand my knowledge of the Raw Vegan Diet or would you suggest something else? Guest guest
There is a good case for speeding up the transition. For one thing you will start to feel a lot better. When it comes to grain and dairy there is nothing to wait for unless you like all that stuff coming out your skin nose etc. Just step up the consumption of dark green leaves or eat loads of broccoli or both and more. In transition you will need to eat more as your body adapts. Peter viveladifference3 [timoteolaw] 09 November 2003 00:57 rawfood [Raw Food] New to Raw veganism I gave up meat a long time ago.
