She just closed on a RAW restaurant in Carlsbad Oct. 23. It will be on the main street really close to the train stop. There is another one that opened in La Jolla. Carlsbad is beautiful. Be sure, once you find the Raw restaurant opening there, that you ask for the owner named Terri. Tell her Bernadette sent you. Make sure of this because I live in VA. And her and I worked together at OHI this summer and watched each other's lives change through Raw foods. I sent her recipes to use in her kitchen.
